Anthony Dawkins

Apostle

Apostle Anthony Dawkins started his journey with the Lord in November of 1990. He served as the bus driver and sang on the Men's and mass choir before being licensed to minister in September of 1991 under the leadership of Apostle J.L. Dawkins @ Evangelical House of God Taylors. He faithful served until 1995 then he was given an Opportunity to begin Pastoring in 1996 at New Life in Christ of Laurens after 2 yrs. He went back to Evangelical House of God of Taylors and served until June 2002 when he launched Evangelical House of God of Laurens which later became Southside Christian Community Center. In 2007 after much prayer Apostle Dawkins was elevated to the office of Bishop then changed the name of the Church to Empowerment Christian Fellowship and became a member of P.H.I.P.A(Potters House of Dallas) under the leadership of Bishop TD Jakes. In 2009 the ministry moved to Simpsonville where it currently resides. In 2010 the Lord appointed Apostle Dawkins to his current assignment in the office of an Apostle. He is married to Pastor Melissa Dawkins with 5 kids.

Melissa Dawkins

Melissa Dawkins is a licensed Minister of the Gospel. She received Christ as her Lord and savior in 1989 and accepted the call to ministry in 1995. She became very active in her church and the community, working diligently with the youth. God has blessed her with many gifts and talents, and she uses them to enhance the Kingdom. Her projects include Bible Summer Camps, Youth and Adult Mime and Dance, Women's Ministry, Praise & Worship, and Children's Church.
